Payment methods:

1. Cash on collection: With this payment method, you have the option of picking up your order in our store and paying the amount in cash on site. Please note that we do not accept credit cards or other electronic payment methods for collection.

2. Prepayment by bank transfer: After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email with the information required for the transfer. Please transfer the total amount, stating your order number as the intended purpose. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received payment.

3. Payment by credit card: We accept payments by major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card information is transmitted securely over an encrypted connection. Your credit card will be charged at the time of ordering.

4. Payment via PayPal: You can pay for your order safely and conveniently using your PayPal account. Select this option during the checkout process and follow the instructions to complete the payment. Please note that additional fees may apply for using PayPal.

5. Payment via Sofortüberweisung: With Sofortüberweisung you can pay for your order easily and securely via your online banking account. Select this option during the order process and follow the instructions to complete the payment.

Shipment:

We only ship our products within Germany. Shipping costs are included in the purchase price.

If you have a delivery address outside Germany, please contact us using the contact form with the subject "International Shipping".

The delivery time is usually 14 working days from confirmation of your order, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during the ordering process.
